На пляже

On the beach

It's a nice summer morning. It is not yet hot, and the water is rather cool. There are quite a lot of people on the beach. Some people are swimming, others are lying in the sun. Lots of children are playing on the sand or running about the beach. Jack and George are having a good time. Now they are playing badminton. A little later they are going to have a swim. Maybe they will hire a boat. After lunch they are going to have a rest at the hotel and in the evening they are planning to have a small party at a restaurant, because it's Jack's birthday today. Some friends are coming to celebrate it together with them.
